4 Objects of Act
[Section 4 Amended by No. 38 of 2002, s. 4, Applied:27 Nov 2002] The objects of this Act are to ensure that, for mining purposes, there will be continuing access to certain areas of the State having a very high potential for effective and efficient mining for minerals, without any implication as to the prospectivity of the remaining areas of the State.
