Part 18—Entry on land 70—Entry on land (1) A person must, on serving a notice of entry under section 58A of the Act, keep a record that the notice has been served. (2) For the purposes of section 58A(6) of the Act, a notice under section 58A of the Act must be served on the Mining Registrar.
