#### 24 Partial cancellation of assessment leases—manner of describing land 24 Partial cancellation of assessment leases—manner of describing land (Former clause 23 of 2010 Reg) > In the case of an application for the cancellation of an assessment lease as to part only of the land to which the lease relates, the prescribed manner for describing the land in respect of which the lease is to be retained is by means of— > > > (a) a standard map showing the boundaries of the land, or > > > (b) in the case of an assessment (mineral owner) lease—the lot and deposited plan numbers of the land, or > > > (c) a description of the area, block and unit references identifying the land, as determined in accordance with Schedule 4. > > **cl 24:** Am 2022 (802), Sch 1\[14\].
