sec.82 Plans of mine workings
The site senior executive for a mine must ensure survey plans of the mine workings include the following matters if they may affect the safety and health of a person in the workings— the location of natural and artificial features; surface drill holes. The site senior executive must also ensure the plans are sufficient to correlate separate sets of workings at the mine, including abandoned workings, to allow the safe management of interfacing between the workings. s 82 amd 2019 SL No. 140 s 21 sch 1 (sec.82-ssec.1) The site senior executive for a mine must ensure survey plans of the mine workings include the following matters if they may affect the safety and health of a person in the workings— the location of natural and artificial features; surface drill holes. (sec.82-ssec.2) The site senior executive must also ensure the plans are sufficient to correlate separate sets of workings at the mine, including abandoned workings, to allow the safe management of interfacing between the workings.
