sec.79 Theft or other loss of explosives
The site senior executive for a mine must ensure the mine has a system or written procedure for— detecting theft or other loss of an explosive during any part of its life cycle; and reporting the theft or loss under section 195 of the Act . The site senior executive must ensure the system or procedure provides for recording the following information about the theft or loss— the type of explosive stolen or lost; the date and time of the theft or loss; any identifying characteristic of the explosive. s 79 amd 2019 SL No. 140 s 21 sch 1 (sec.79-ssec.1) The site senior executive for a mine must ensure the mine has a system or written procedure for— detecting theft or other loss of an explosive during any part of its life cycle; and reporting the theft or loss under section 195 of the Act . (sec.79-ssec.2) The site senior executive must ensure the system or procedure provides for recording the following information about the theft or loss— the type of explosive stolen or lost; the date and time of the theft or loss; any identifying characteristic of the explosive.
