sec.78 Record of underground storages
The underground mine manager, or, if there is no underground mine manager, the site senior executive for a mine, must ensure an up-to-date record of the number and location of underground magazines and underground temporary storages is— kept at the mine; and made available to an inspector at the inspector’s request. s 78 amd 2019 SL No. 140 s 21 sch 1
- (a) kept at the mine; and
- (b) made available to an inspector at the inspector’s request.
