sec.72 Misfires
The site senior executive for a mine must ensure the mine has a written procedure or standard work instruction for the earliest practicable— detection, recording, dealing with and treatment of misfires at the mine; and warning of the misfire and presence of explosives. s 72 amd 2019 SL No. 140 s 21 sch 1
