sec.55 Standard work instructions for using, handling and storing hazardous chemicals and dangerous goods
The site senior executive for a mine must ensure the mine has standard work instructions for using, handling or storing a hazardous chemical, or dangerous goods, at the mine. In developing a standard work instruction under subsection (1) , the site senior executive must ensure regard is had to the safety data sheet for the chemical or goods. s 55 sub 2019 SL No. 140 s 14 (sec.55-ssec.1) The site senior executive for a mine must ensure the mine has standard work instructions for using, handling or storing a hazardous chemical, or dangerous goods, at the mine. (sec.55-ssec.2) In developing a standard work instruction under subsection (1) , the site senior executive must ensure regard is had to the safety data sheet for the chemical or goods.
