sec.42 Dredging
If a dredge is used at a mine, the site senior executive for the mine must ensure the mine has a written procedure for the following things— ways of preventing— the dredge capsizing or sinking; and persons falling overboard; emergency rescue procedures for an event mentioned in paragraph (a) . s 42 amd 2019 SL No. 140 s 21 sch 1
- (a) ways of preventing— (i) the dredge capsizing or sinking; and (ii) persons falling overboard;
- (i) the dredge capsizing or sinking; and
- (ii) persons falling overboard;
- (b) emergency rescue procedures for an event mentioned in paragraph (a) .
- (i) the dredge capsizing or sinking; and
