sec.18 Acknowledgement of appointment
A person appointed to control electrical work at a mine must acknowledge the appointment by notice given to the site senior executive for the mine. For section 59 (1) (e) of the Act , the notice is prescribed as a matter that must be included in the mine record. s 18 amd 2019 SL No. 140 s 21 sch 1 (sec.18-ssec.1) A person appointed to control electrical work at a mine must acknowledge the appointment by notice given to the site senior executive for the mine.
