sec.178 Giving information about health risks of lead process
This section applies if, on the commencement, a person is carrying out work in a lead process at a mine. The site senior executive for the mine must give the information mentioned in section 145B(3) to the worker as soon as practicable after the commencement. However, the site senior executive need not give the information mentioned in section 145B(3)(a) to the worker if the same, or substantially the same, information has already been given to the worker. s 178 ins 2023 SL No. 71 s 14 (sec.178-ssec.1) This section applies if, on the commencement, a person is carrying out work in a lead process at a mine. (sec.178-ssec.2) The site senior executive for the mine must give the information mentioned in section 145B(3) to the worker as soon as practicable after the commencement. (sec.178-ssec.3) However, the site senior executive need not give the information mentioned in section 145B(3)(a) to the worker if the same, or substantially the same, information has already been given to the worker.
