sec.161 Obligation to do things within or for stated period
This section applies if— before the commencement, a person was required to do something, under a provision of the repealed regulation, within or for a stated period; and immediately before the commencement, the stated period had not expired. a requirement to keep a record or to give a safety and health census or a notice The provision of this regulation that corresponds to the provision of the repealed regulation applies to the doing of the thing as if the provision had been in force when the period started. (sec.161-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a person was required to do something, under a provision of the repealed regulation, within or for a stated period; and immediately before the commencement, the stated period had not expired. a requirement to keep a record or to give a safety and health census or a notice (sec.161-ssec.2) The provision of this regulation that corresponds to the provision of the repealed regulation applies to the doing of the thing as if the provision had been in force when the period started.
