sec.16 Giving inspector details of accidents and high potential incidents
This section applies if an accident or high potential incident happens at a mine. If requested by an inspector, the site senior executive for the mine must give the inspector a plan, of the type and at the scale required by the inspector, or photographs, showing relevant details about the accident or incident. s 16 amd 2019 SL No. 140 s 21 sch 1 (sec.16-ssec.1) This section applies if an accident or high potential incident happens at a mine. (sec.16-ssec.2) If requested by an inspector, the site senior executive for the mine must give the inspector a plan, of the type and at the scale required by the inspector, or photographs, showing relevant details about the accident or incident.
