sec.154 Processes
A process undertaken under the repealed regulation before the commencement is taken to be a process undertaken under this regulation. A process started under the repealed regulation that was not completed before the commencement may be continued under this regulation. In this section— process includes— a practice; and a measure; and an investigation; and a risk management process; and an election process. (sec.154-ssec.1) A process undertaken under the repealed regulation before the commencement is taken to be a process undertaken under this regulation. (sec.154-ssec.2) A process started under the repealed regulation that was not completed before the commencement may be continued under this regulation. (sec.154-ssec.3) In this section— process includes— a practice; and a measure; and an investigation; and a risk management process; and an election process.
