The site senior executive for a mine must ensure a prohibited substance mentioned in schedule 3 , column 1 is not used at the mine for a prohibited purpose mentioned in schedule 3 , column 2 opposite the name of the substance. s 148 amd 2019 SL No. 140 s 21 sch 1
