sec.145E Prohibition on eating, drinking and smoking
A site senior executive for a mine must take all reasonable steps to ensure that a worker does not eat, drink, chew gum or smoke, or carry materials used for smoking, in a lead process area at the mine. The site senior executive must provide workers with an eating and drinking area that can not be contaminated with lead from a lead process carried out at the mine. s 145E ins 2020 SL No. 108 s 12 sub 2023 SL No. 71 s 12 (sec.145E-ssec.1) A site senior executive for a mine must take all reasonable steps to ensure that a worker does not eat, drink, chew gum or smoke, or carry materials used for smoking, in a lead process area at the mine.
