sec.145D Cleaning methods
A site senior executive for a mine must ensure, in a way that achieves an acceptable level of risk, that each lead process area at the mine is kept clean. The site senior executive must ensure that the methods used to clean a lead process area at the mine— do not create an unacceptable level of risk to the health of persons in the immediate vicinity of the area; and do not have the potential to spread the contamination of lead. s 145D ins 2020 SL No. 108 s 12 sub 2023 SL No. 71 s 12 (sec.145D-ssec.1) A site senior executive for a mine must ensure, in a way that achieves an acceptable level of risk, that each lead process area at the mine is kept clean. (sec.145D-ssec.2) The site senior executive must ensure that the methods used to clean a lead process area at the mine— do not create an unacceptable level of risk to the health of persons in the immediate vicinity of the area; and do not have the potential to spread the contamination of lead.
