sec.125 Conveyances
The site senior executive for a mine must ensure a conveyance used in winding operations at the mine— is not unintentionally obstructed in its passage in the shaft during the operations; and is prevented from colliding with other things in the shaft during the operations; and has ways of preventing persons, rock, material and other things from unintentionally protruding from, or moving in, the conveyance. s 125 amd 2019 SL No. 140 s 21 sch 1
- (a) is not unintentionally obstructed in its passage in the shaft during the operations; and
- (b) is prevented from colliding with other things in the shaft during the operations; and
- (c) has ways of preventing persons, rock, material and other things from unintentionally protruding from, or moving in, the conveyance.
