sec.11G Interest payable on unpaid fees
This section applies if the responsible person for a mine does not pay an amount of a safety and health fee under section 11C or 11E . The responsible person must pay interest on the unpaid amount at the rate of 15% a year. The interest must be calculated as simple interest. The interest payable on the unpaid amount may be recovered by the CEO as a debt. s 11G amd 2020 SL No. 69 s 24 sch 1 (sec.11G-ssec.1) This section applies if the responsible person for a mine does not pay an amount of a safety and health fee under section 11C or 11E .
