sec.115 Accessing current procedures and standard work instructions
The site senior executive for a mine must ensure— the issue and availability of the mine’s written procedures and standard work instructions are controlled to ensure only current versions are in use; and each worker at the mine, and each operational ROC worker for the mine, is aware of the current written procedures and standard work instructions for the part of the mine’s operations in which, or for which, the worker works; and copies of the current procedures and instructions are available to each worker to whom the procedures and instructions apply. s 115 amd 2019 SL No. 140 s 21 sch 1 ; 2024 SL No. 167 s 61
- (a) the issue and availability of the mine’s written procedures and standard work instructions are controlled to ensure only current versions are in use; and
- (b) each worker at the mine, and each operational ROC worker for the mine, is aware of the current written procedures and standard work instructions for the part of the mine’s operations in which, or for which, the worker works; and
- (c) copies of the current procedures and instructions are available to each worker to whom the procedures and instructions apply.
