sec.111 Dismantling or demolition
The site senior executive for a mine must ensure— as far as reasonably practicable, sources of energy and hazardous chemicals are removed from plant before the plant is dismantled or demolished; and the dismantling or demolition is carried out in accordance with any relevant instructions for the plant’s safe dismantling or demolition. s 111 amd 2019 SL No. 140 s 21 sch 1
