sec.110 Repair or modification
If plant at a mine is repaired or modified in a way that could affect the plant’s fitness for use for its intended purpose, the site senior executive for the mine must ensure sections 100 to 105 are complied with. s 110 amd 2019 SL No. 140 s 21 sch 1
