sec.103 Isolation facility
If, having regard to the nature and level of risk from plant used at a mine, it is necessary for managing the risk, the site senior executive for the mine must ensure the plant has a facility for— preventing its operation; or preventing or controlling the release of its stored energy; or isolating its energy supply. The site senior executive must ensure the facility is capable of being locked-out and tagged or otherwise secured. s 103 amd 2019 SL No. 140 s 21 sch 1 (sec.103-ssec.1) If, having regard to the nature and level of risk from plant used at a mine, it is necessary for managing the risk, the site senior executive for the mine must ensure the plant has a facility for— preventing its operation; or preventing or controlling the release of its stored energy; or isolating its energy supply. (sec.103-ssec.2) The site senior executive must ensure the facility is capable of being locked-out and tagged or otherwise secured.
