sch.2E-sec.6 Cost of health surveillance
The employer of a worker must pay for— the worker’s health surveillance under section 5 ; and the documents and information required to be given under section 3 (3) for the health surveillance. Maximum penalty—30 penalty units. Subsection (1) is not a safety and health obligation for the Act .
