sch.2E-sec.27 Removal of pregnant or breastfeeding worker from lead risk job
This section applies if a site senior executive for a mine is advised or otherwise knows a worker who carries out a lead risk job at the mine— is pregnant or may be pregnant; or is breastfeeding. The site senior executive must immediately remove the worker from carrying out a lead risk job.
