sch.2E-sec.2 Application of health surveillance requirements
A health surveillance requirement applies in relation to a person in addition to a requirement for a health assessment applying in relation to the person. If more than 1 health surveillance requirement applies in relation to a person, each health surveillance requirement must be complied with. In this section— health assessment means an assessment under section 131 . health surveillance requirement means a requirement under this schedule to arrange health surveillance or a part of health surveillance of a person. (sch.2E-sec.2-ssec.1) A health surveillance requirement applies in relation to a person in addition to a requirement for a health assessment applying in relation to the person. (sch.2E-sec.2-ssec.2) If more than 1 health surveillance requirement applies in relation to a person, each health surveillance requirement must be complied with. (sch.2E-sec.2-ssec.3) In this section— health assessment means an assessment under section 131 . health surveillance requirement means a requirement under this schedule to arrange health surveillance or a part of health surveillance of a person.
