sch.2E-sec.19 Cost of respiratory health surveillance
If respiratory health surveillance of a former worker is carried out under this division, the CEO must pay for— the respiratory health surveillance; and the documents and information required to be given under section 3 (3) for the respiratory health surveillance; and the documents mentioned in section 18 . Subsection (1) is not a safety and health obligation for the Act . (sch.2E-sec.19-ssec.1) If respiratory health surveillance of a former worker is carried out under this division, the CEO must pay for— the respiratory health surveillance; and the documents and information required to be given under section 3 (3) for the respiratory health surveillance; and the documents mentioned in section 18 .
