#### 90 Subsequent amendment of proposed lease 90 Subsequent amendment of proposed lease > > (1) If— > > > > > (a) the Minister amends a proposed lease (otherwise than as a consequence of an objection or proposal made by the agency) after a copy has been served on a Government agency, and > > > > > (b) the Minister is of the opinion that the agency’s attitude to the proposed lease might be materially affected were the agency given a copy of the proposed lease as amended, > > > > the Minister must cause to be served on the agency a notice setting out details of the amendment and stating that objections to the amendment may be made to the Minister on or before the date specified in the notice. > > > (2) The date specified in a notice under this section must be a date occurring not less than 28 days after the date of service of the notice.
