#### 9 Additional conditions of opal prospecting licence 9 Additional conditions of opal prospecting licence > In addition to the conditions referred to in clause 7, an opal prospecting licence is subject to— > > > (a) any special conditions that apply, pursuant to section 223A, to the opal prospecting block over which the licence is granted, and > > > (b) the conditions imposed on the holder of the licence, pursuant to section 235C, as to his or her exercise of any right of way under that section in respect of the opal prospecting block over which the licence is granted, and > > > (b1) the conditions to which the holder of the licence is subject under a registered access management plan in force for the opal prospecting block over which the licence is granted, and > > > (c) any other conditions (not inconsistent with any other condition referred to in this section) that the Secretary imposes when the licence is granted, or at any other time under a power conferred by this Act.
