#### 87 Amendment of proposed lease 87 Amendment of proposed lease > > (1) The Minister may, at any time after the preparation of a proposed lease, make such amendments to the lease as the Minister thinks fit. > > > (2) The Minister may, by such an amendment, specify existing leases to be added to, or excluded from, those to be consolidated by the proposed lease. > > > (3) The Minister may, at any time after the preparation of a proposed lease, determine that the consolidation should not proceed. > > > (4) Such a determination does not prevent the Minister— > > > > > (a) from proceeding with the consolidation at a later time, or > > > > > (b) from causing a further proposed lease to be prepared for the purpose of consolidating all or any of the existing leases concerned.
