#### 46 Form of assessment lease 46 Form of assessment lease > An assessment lease is to be in the approved form and is to include the following particulars— > > > (a) a description of the land over which it is granted, > > > (b) a list of the mineral or minerals in respect of which it is granted, > > > (c) the conditions to which it is subject, > > > (d) the period for which it is to have effect. > > Note. > > Schedule 1B provides that an assessment lease may be varied after it is granted. > > **s 46:** Am 2015 No 40, Sch 1 \[25\].
