#### 380 Saving of other Acts etc 380 Saving of other Acts etc > Except as expressly provided by this Act, this Act does not affect any other Act or law that prohibits, regulates or restricts, or that has the effect of prohibiting, regulating or restricting— > > > (a) the grant, renewal or transfer of an authority, a mineral claim or an opal prospecting licence, or > > > (b) the exercise of any right conferred by or under this Act in respect of an authority, a mineral claim or an opal prospecting licence.
