#### 359 Boards of management 359 Boards of management > > (1) The Minister may constitute a board of management for the whole or any part of New South Wales. > > > (2) A board of management may exercise, in respect of the area for which it is constituted, such of the functions of the Minister or of the Secretary as are delegated to it under this Act. > > > (3) The regulations may provide for the constitution of a board of management and may regulate, or provide for the regulation of, its procedure.
