#### 292RA Consultation before regulations regarding fees are made 292RA Consultation before regulations regarding fees are made > Before recommending the making of a regulation that specifies or varies a method of calculation of a levy or fee under section 292K, 292M or 292R(1), the Minister must ensure that— > > > (a) a notice is published in the way specified by the regulations to bring it to the attention of the public— > > > > > (i) stating the objects of the proposed regulation, and > > > > > (ii) advising where a copy of the regulation may be obtained or inspected, and > > > > > (iii) inviting comments and submissions within a specified period, but not less than 28 days from publication of the notice, and > > > (b) comments and submissions received within the period specified by the notice are considered. > > **s 292RA:** Ins 2015 No 40, Sch 1 \[104\].
