292AA Information sharing by the Chief Commissioner
> > (1) The Chief Commissioner must give the Minister information (royalty information) held by the Chief Commissioner about the following—
> >
> > > (a) royalty due and payable under the Act that remains unpaid for 30 days or more after the payment was due,
> >
> > > (b) extensions of time given by the Chief Commissioner for the payment of royalty,
> >
> > > (c) the payment of royalty by instalments in accordance with the [Taxation Administration Act 1996](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1996-097), section 47.

> > (2) The Chief Commissioner and Minister may enter into an arrangement for the purposes of the Chief Commissioner sharing the royalty information with the Minister.
>
> > (3) The Chief Commissioner is permitted to disclose the royalty information to the Minister in accordance with the arrangement.
