#### 28 Form of exploration licence 28 Form of exploration licence > An exploration licence is to be in the approved form and is to include the following particulars— > > > (a) a description of the land over which it is granted, > > > (b) a list of the group or groups of minerals in respect of which it is granted, > > > (c) the conditions to which it is subject, > > > (d) the period for which it is to have effect. > > Note. > > Schedule 1B provides for an exploration licence to be varied after it is granted. > > **s 28:** Am 2015 No 40, Sch 1 \[14\].
