261BF Minimum deposit
(1) The minimum deposit for an authorisation is the amount prescribed by the regulations as the minimum deposit in relation to the type of authorisation concerned.
(2) A change to the following does not affect the validity of a security deposit condition imposed or varied before the change takes effect—
(a) the minimum deposit for an authorisation,
(b) an amount referred to in section 261BC(7)(a).
