208 Withdrawal of application
(1) An application or objection in relation to the grant, renewal, transfer or cancellation of a mineral claim may be withdrawn by means of a notice of withdrawal lodged by the applicant or objector with the Secretary and ceases to have effect when the notice is lodged.
(2) The withdrawal of an application or objection under this section is irrevocable.
