#### 130 Withdrawal of application 130 Withdrawal of application > > (1) An application or objection in relation to the grant, renewal, transfer or cancellation of an authority may be withdrawn by means of a notice of withdrawal signed by the applicant or objector and lodged with the Secretary and ceases to have effect when the notice is lodged. > > > (2) The withdrawal of an application or objection under this section is irrevocable.
