88 Information contained in report (1) It is a condition of a mineral title that the title holder must, in giving a report under this Division, include in the report all of the information to be given under the Act. (2) It is also a condition that the title holder must: (a) if there is an approved form for a document that is part of the report – give the information as required by the form; and (b) otherwise – format particular information (for example, geophysical data) in a way that is acceptable to the Minister. (3) The Minister may refuse to consider the report if the title holder has contravened a condition mentioned in this regulation. (4) However, before taking any other action in relation to a contravention, the Minister must require the title holder under section 165(2) of the Act to: (a) give the Minister particular information; or

Mineral Titles Regulations 2011 49 (b) take any other action in relation to the report, as specified in the requirement.
