81 Expenditure report for EL, ELR or ML
(1) The holder of an EL, ELR or ML must give the Minister an
expenditure report, in the approved form, for an operational year:
(a) for an EL or ELR – within 30 days after the end of the year; or

(b) for an ML – within 60 days after the end of the year.
(2) The expenditure report for an EL, ELR or ML must include the
following information:
(a) the amount the title holder proposes to expend on carrying out
technical work for the next operational year;
(b) the amount expended on technical work carried out during the
operational year for which the report is given.
(3) For the first operational year of an EL, the title holder may also
include in the expenditure report details of any amount, as specified
in an airborne survey report, expended by the title holder on an
approved airborne survey of land now in the title area of the EL.
