8 Compliance with notice of approval of airborne survey
(1) A person who conducts an approved airborne survey must comply
with the notice of approval for the survey.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
(3) It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against
subregulation (1) if the defendant establishes a reasonable excuse.
