74 Right to exercise occupation right on overlapping land (1) The holder of a development title may exercise the occupation right under the title on overlapping land to the exclusion of the holder of an ELR or exploration title. (2) The holder of an ELR may exercise the occupation right under the ELR on overlapping land to the exclusion of the holder of an exploration title. (3) The holder of an exploration title may exercise the occupation right under the exploration title on overlapping land concurrently with the holder of another exploration title.
