73 Conducting authorised activities on pastoral land (1) The holder of a mineral title must not conduct authorised activities on pastoral land: (a) within 200 m of a building that is not enclosed by a fence; or (b) within 50 m of a fence that encloses a building. (2) For subregulation (1), a fence is taken to enclose a building only if it is within 150 m of the building.
