49 Notice of change (1) A person who has made an application under the Act that has not been decided must give the Minister a notice of change relating to any of the following: (a) the person's name; (b) the person's address or other contact details; (c) if the person has nominated an agent – the name or contact details of the agent. (2) In addition, the person must give the Minister a notice of change of circumstances, specifying the relevant details, if: (a) for a corporation – an administrator, liquidator or controller is appointed under the Corporations Act 2001 for the corporation; or (b) for an individual – he or she: (i) becomes bankrupt; or (ii) has applied to take the benefit of any law for the relief of (iii) has compounded with his or her creditors or has assigned his or her remuneration for their benefit.
