38 Boundary marker
(1) A boundary marker is a post or cairn of stones, with a height of at
least 1 m above the surface of the ground.
(2) For subregulation (1), a post used as a boundary marker must:
(a) have a significant metal component; and

(b) be at least 100 mm in diameter; and
(c) be firmly fixed to, or driven into, the ground.
Example for subregulation (2)
A star picket over which a metal or non-metal sleeve (including a PVC pipe) is
placed.
