135 Renewal of existing interest – no corresponding application (1) This regulation applies in relation to an existing application for the renewal of a non-compliant existing interest mentioned in section 200(1)(b) of the Act. (2) The non-compliant existing interest continues in force until the Minister takes an action mentioned in section 204(3) of the Act, even if the term for which the interest was granted expires before the action is taken. (3) During the period the non-compliant existing interest is in force under subregulation (2), it has effect as if the repealed Act were still in force. Mineral Titles Regulations 2011 70
