133 Corresponding application – grant of ML (1) If, immediately before the commencement day, there was in force a notice mentioned in section 61(2) of the repealed Act in relation to an existing application for the grant of a mineral lease: (a) the notice continues in force only to the extent that it authorises the applicant to occupy and use the land to which the application relates; and (b) the applicant is not required to survey the land. (2) As soon as practicable after the commencement day, the Minister must grant an ML to the applicant.
