132 Refusal to accept existing application (1) The Minister may refuse to accept an existing application for the grant of an existing interest made before the commencement day if the Minister: (a) had not started to consider the details or merits of the application before the commencement day; or (b) reasonably considers the application to contain insufficient or incorrect information. (2) The Minister need not refund to the applicant the fee paid with the (3) However, the Minister must refund to the applicant: (a) rent that accompanied the application; and (b) a payment made for advertising costs if those costs have not been incurred.
