98 Notice of changes
(1) The holder of a mineral title must give the Minister a notice of a
change, within 14 days after its occurrence, relating to any of the
(a) the title holder's name;
(b) the title holder's address or other contact details;
(c) circumstances prescribed by regulation.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1)(c), a regulation may prescribe
changes relating to the title holder's financial position or technical
capability.

(3) A person who is appointed as an administrator, liquidator or
controller under the Corporations Act 2001 for the holder of a
mineral title must, as soon as practicable after the appointment,
give a notice to the Minister about the appointment.
